I'm in my tenth year as a Health and Performance Coach. This means I offer personal training, strength and conditioning, nutritional consultations and running gait analysis and correction. I am in pursuit of the truth where health and fitness are concerned and have no vested interest in any specific approach. My opinions change as I find my way through all of the nonsense that is out there concerning health and fitness. I am the first to admit when I get it wrong and think that it's an important step in getting it right.
My Urban Times Story
My story starts with an article that I wrote about the bio-mechanics of running. I originally wrote it for my own website and for my running clients passed, present and future. I discovered how much I enjoy writing and when a friend of mine suggested the UT I was on to it like a dog on a slipper. Lets hope I can rip it to bits!
