My Urban Times Story

Ever since his childhood, Ryan J. Bolger has been deeply struck by the magic of photography. From the newspaper and yearbook at Mount Carmel High School to Columbia College Chicago and The famed Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California to out into the real world. For over the past 10 years Ryan has been on an incredible journey as a professional photographer. He's worked for magazines, newspapers, as an assistant to NBC Universal's chief head photographer and traveling portrait studios. He even used to own and operate his own fine art photography gallery which played a very important part in revitalizing a great art movement in Indiana. He's been published ,written about and even acts in movies and in tv shows. He was "The Mayor's Photographer" alongside Kelsey Grammer in the hit Starz show "Boss". He's travels the US capturing Landscapes,Cities & Moments of Life from along the way. He is the official photographer for both of Chicago's St. Patrick's Day Parades Committees. His experience is vast and his dedication to the craft is a bond that can't be broken. His Photography is collected and appreciated by many around the world. At the end of the day Ryan simply is an artist who cares very deeply about his passions and feels that it's his life's purpose to move the world through the truth of creativity.
