Biography

Colonel (Rtd.) Richard Kemp

Served in the British Army from 1977 to 2006. Worked for the Joint Intelligence Organisation in the Cabinet Office between 2002 and 2006, responsible for international and domestic terrorism, for security and politics in the Middle East and for the coordination of national intelligence in support of the UK crisis management committee, Cobra. In 2003 was Commander of British Forces Afghanistan based in Kabul.
