Roll It Housing
The University of Karlsruhe have devised a brilliant multi-functional mini home called ‘Roll it Experimental Housing‘. The space can be continuously altered to suit the activity of the user at that moment in time. The bed section also doubles as a table, the kitchen and sink section provide wider functionality, while the exercise cylinder provide a hamster wheel type contraption.
The tough outer-shell gives an opportunity for advertisement space (who says you can’t brand your own home?) With large window paneling, light streams through the space making it seem larger than it really is.
